Customer Experience Specialist

Deliver outstanding support across every customer touchpoint-from inquiries and orders to troubleshooting and issue resolution. You'll be the voice of our brand, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a smooth experience every time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues, service needs, and product questions; escalate when needed.
• Stay up to date on our medical products and technology to guide customers confidently.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal teams to drive solutions.
• Recommend improvements that enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service (medical device/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong communicator and problem solver with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Spanish speakers encouraged - bilingual is a plus.
