Personal Assistant / General Virtual Assistant
Full-Time | Remote (EST Schedule)
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support the founder of a fast-growing AI startup. You’ll be the founder’s right hand—handling admin, operations, light marketing, and helping streamline workflows.
Must have your own laptop, reliable internet, and tech tools. We do not provide devices.
What You’ll Do
Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule (EST).
Handle email management and professional communication.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations; organize files digitally.
Coordinate travel, appointments, and logistics.
Assist with marketing tasks, social media scheduling, and content organization.
Support task management and project coordination across the team.
Improve workflows, automate simple processes, and take initiative.
You Should Have
1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or General VA.
Fast learner, highly proactive, and takes initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity software.
Positive attitude, dependable, and able to bring good energy to a startup environment.
Ability to work EST hours.
Own laptop, stable internet, and necessary tech tools.
Bonus / Nice to Have
Startup experience or supporting a founder/executive.
Experience creating simple automations or workflows in Zapier, Make, or Airtable.
Light content creation or graphic design skills.
