Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

We are hiring a Senior Analyst for our Customer Marketing team in Bangkok. This role focuses on scaling new and emerging marketing channels to grow Agodas customer base.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development, execution, and optimisation strategy for growing Agodas new & emerging marketing channels
• Conduct endtoend analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive datadriven decisions for channel growth
• Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau
• Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, ecommerce, or digital marketing
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools and data warehousing (SQL, Tableau, MSExcel)
• Innovative problemsolving ability, with a track record of tackling complex challenges creatively and adapting to evolving scenarios
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and collaborating across functions
