Work model:

• Hybrid

What you will do:

• Direct and manage the end-to-end payroll process
• Partner with HR to address payroll-related requirements
• Generate and maintain reports covering payroll, financial data, and budget analysis
• Administer and process sales commission payments

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
• MBA or CPA designation is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle payroll processing
• Proven background in financial reporting with emphasis on GAAP compliance
• Excellent communication abilities and strong organizational skills
