Job Title: QA Test Engineer – Salesforce Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled QA Test Engineer with strong manual testing and Salesforce platform experience to join a dynamic Agile team. The ideal candidate will play a hybrid role of tester, analyst, and stakeholder liaison , ensuring the quality and usability of Salesforce-based business applications. Key Responsibilities Perform manual QA testing for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test results documentation. Collaborate with business users and developers to gather requirements and clarify user stories. Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and analysis. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews). Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce features. Document test artifacts and maintain traceability to business requirements. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Strong background in manual testing of enterprise applications. Proficient in SQL and understanding of relational databases. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and data analysis. Preferred Skills Exposure to automated testing tools like Selenium, Provar, or Copado. Prior experience in Salesforce QA/BA hybrid roles. Ability to mentor junior team members. Required Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills in Agile teams. Effective time management and ability to work independently. Interview Process 1 virtual round (camera required).
