Job Description:

We are looking for an Office Administrator that has strong communication skills to leave a good impression on the customers and co-workers. Duties include answering incoming calls and routing them to the correct department, ordering and refilling office & kitchen supplies, shipping and receiving office mail & deliveries. Coordinating company lunches, meeting, and travel arrangements. Representatives must also be knowledgeable about the products Flybar offers. (Full Time with benefits is a possibility in the future)

Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
• Monitoring office supplies and placing orders to refill as required while following office budget.
• Monitoring Kitchen supplies, replenishing when necessary, ordering refills.
• Ordering/arranging company lunches
• Receiving and Shipping products; creating labels, scheduling carrier pick-up.
• Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
• Updating the digital message board daily.
• Arranging travel accommodations for visiting team members.
• Reporting office progress to superior and working with them to improve office operations and procedures

Qualifications:

• Familiar with Microsoft office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, accept instructions and handle deliveries, among other tasks
• Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
• Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
• Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
