Our goal is to provide our clients with an overall inspirational experience. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Irrigation Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of underground sprinkler systems, as well as leading a team of technicians. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled monthly irrigation inspections, noting deficiencies and making approved repairs as needed. Oversee the installation of new irrigation systems and upgrades to existing systems. Troubleshoot wiring issues and perform system retrofits. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment. Complete paperwork in an orderly and timely manner. Communicate with managers daily before and after job completion. Work independently and as part of a team, as required. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Qualifications Valid Florida driver’s license. High School diploma or GED. 4+ years of experience in irrigation, with experience as an irrigation technician preferred. Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions if safe. Must possess 2 forms of ID. Compensation And Benefits Competitive salary. Commission on sales.
