With a focus on inquiry-based learning, bilingual instruction, and holistic student development, the school emphasizes both academic excellence and character growth.ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Development and Implementation Oversee the design development and implementation of the IB PYP curriculum ensuring alignment with IB standards philosophy and learning outcomesTeacher Support and Professional Development Provide guidance mentoring and training to PYP teachers to enhance their understanding of the IB framework and inquiry-based teaching practicesAssessment and Evaluation Develop and monitor assessment strategies that align with PYP principles ensuring student progress is tracked and reported effectivelyProgram Compliance and Evaluation Ensure the PYP program meets IB authorization and evaluation requirements preparing documentation and facilitating IB review processesCollaboration and Communication Work with school leadership teachers and parents to promote the PYP philosophy fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning communityResource Management Curate and manage teaching and learning resources to support the PYP curriculum ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to inquiry-based learningQualificationsBachelor degree in educationAt least 3 years of full-time teaching IB PYPIB certificationExcellent communication skillsSalary and BenefitsMonthly salary of 28,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 6,000 RMBSummer and winter holidaysObservance of national public holidaysComprehensive medical insurance coverageFlight reimbursementWork permit and visa sponsorship providedFree education for dependent children
