Job Description

We’re looking for a Game Designer who can turn creative ideas into fun, balanced, and engaging gameplay ( Sprunki Retake ). You’ll collaborate with artists, developers, and sound designers to shape the core mechanics, levels, and player experience of our next big title.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design game mechanics, missions, and user interactions.
• Create and maintain design documentation and flowcharts.
• Work closely with developers to prototype and test new gameplay features.
• Balance difficulty levels and ensure smooth player progression.
• Stay updated with gaming trends and player feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Creative problem-solving and strong teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in game design or modding (preferred).
