🚀 What You’ll DoEngage directly with retail customers to promote charitable campaigns
Create positive, high-energy interactions that inspire donations and build awareness
Assist in the setup and execution of live promotional events
Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
Mentor new team members and support hands-on training on the ground
Develop key leadership skills by managing outreach goals and tracking performance
Are energetic, personable, and passionate about helping others
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Are eager for hands-on leadership training and career development
Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (a plus but not required)
