As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing our events, working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Help create event marketing materials and promotional content.
• Support the registration process and manage attendee communications.
• Assist in setting up event spaces and ensuring all equipment is in working order..

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event management software.
