Marvin Replacement is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Direct Field Marketing Representatives. You will represent our brand through engaging door-to-door interactions and neighborhood marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively represent Marvin Replacement in direct interactions with potential customers and promote our brand through neighborhood marketing.
• Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments through proactive customer engagement.
• Effectively present and distribute marketing materials.
• Maintain professionalism and engage with potential customers in a friendly manner.
• Keep detailed records of conversations, feedback, and leads.
• Strive to meet neighborhood marketing plan targets.
• Work collaboratively with Brand Promoters and Supervisors to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your promotional skills.

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

• Possess excellent communication skills and an engaging, professional personality.
• Have prior experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Pay strong attention to detail and are punctual.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable walking outdoors up to 5 miles daily, including on slopes.
• Willingness to commit to full-time hours.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Open to working outdoors.
