Confident Aesthetic Injector needed for a premier Medical Spa in Fresno, California. Must be a Licensed NP, PA, or RN and have at least one to two years of hands-on aesthetic injector experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures. Seeking someone with a passion for aesthetics, great communication skills, and a dedication to continuing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures.
• Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment.
• Provide patient education on aesthetic procedures, pre- and post-treatment care, and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all documentation, safety, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on the latest aesthetic techniques and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) or RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables preferred (Botox, dermal fillers).
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relationship skills.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry and dedication to continuous learning.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with biostimulators (e.g., Sculptra, Radiesse)
• Experience with energy-based devices (e.g., lasers, RF micro needling)
• Social media engagement and comfort with before/after photography
